I am a Life Coach and Therapist here in the South of France.
I studied Sophrology, NLP, Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in Nice. Prior my move to France,
I lived in San Francisco for over 20 years, where I worked in the private sector. I return
to San Francisco on a regular basis for more Coach Training at an ICF Accredited Coach Training
Program (ACTP). This allows me to enhance my skills in order to support you in your efforts to effectively move
forward and achieve your goals.
